This privacy policy explains how information may be handled when you visit Calcuvexa, use our online calculators and converters, browse trading calculator pages or contact us through the website.

Calcuvexa provides web-based calculation tools designed to help users complete mathematical, conversion, financial and trading-related calculations. Most tools only need the numbers you type into a calculator. Other interactions, such as sending a message from the Contact page, can involve information that relates to you, including the email address you use to write to us.

Calcuvexa privacy practices are described here in plain language so you can understand what information may be involved when you use the website. This notice is based on the current Next.js application: there are no user accounts, no analytics product and no advertising network in the application code.

Not every visit involves the same information. Someone who uses a Percentage Calculator typically interacts only with values in the browser. Someone who emails support may send personal information through their own email provider.

About This Privacy Policy

A website privacy policy should explain what personal information a website receives, why it is processed, whether it is shared, how long it may be retained and what choices users may have.

Privacy notices matter because ordinary website activity can involve several technical systems. Opening a page creates a request to a web server. Hosting infrastructure may record that request. Calculator pages may process numbers in the browser. A smaller set of tools request live market or exchange-rate data from Calcuvexa APIs, which then call third-party quote services.

This policy describes those categories as they exist in the current implementation. It does not claim that Calcuvexa never receives any information, because hosting logs and email are still possible sources of technical or voluntary personal information.

Information You Choose to Provide

Some information is provided voluntarily.

You may provide information when you:

Calcuvexa does not operate user accounts, newsletters or an account database. You are not asked to create a login in order to use Calculators, Converters or Trading Calculators.

Contact Form Information

The Contact page does not currently display an HTML contact form with name, email, subject, phone or attachment fields. It provides a mailto link to support@calcuvexa.com. If you choose that link, your device opens your own email client. Calcuvexa receives the message only if you send the email. This application does not store contact submissions in a database, does not use a third-party form provider and does not add CAPTCHA or other spam-protection software to a form.

Whatever you include in that email — typically your email address, and any name, subject or message you write — is processed by your email provider and by the mailbox that receives support@calcuvexa.com. Calcuvexa does not invent additional fields beyond what you choose to send.

Do not include sensitive information that is not necessary for the enquiry. For example, you generally should not submit:

• Passwords
• One-time authentication codes
• Full payment card details
• Bank account login credentials
• Brokerage credentials
• Government identification documents
• Private medical records
• Tax documents
• Crypto wallet seed phrases
• Recovery phrases

A general website email address should not be treated as a secure channel for highly sensitive records. Calcuvexa does not provide a verified secure upload process for those materials.

Feedback and Support Messages

If you report a problem with a calculator or converter, useful information may include:

This information can help explain a technical or calculation issue. Provide example values where possible instead of real confidential financial information. A problem with a loan calculator can usually be described using sample principal, rate and term values without sharing an account number or loan document.

Information That May Be Collected Automatically

Websites and the services used to operate them can process technical information automatically when a browser requests a page. Calcuvexa's application code does not run a product analytics suite. Hosting and network infrastructure used to deliver the site can still generate request logs.

Browser and Device Information

Technical information associated with an ordinary page request can include categories such as:

• Browser type
• Operating system
• Device type
• Screen or viewport information used by the page layout
• Language settings
• Referring page, if the browser sends one
• Requested URL
• Date and time of a request

The application uses this kind of information in the browser to display pages correctly. It does not send those details to an analytics provider in the current code. Hosting logs, if enabled by the host, may still record requested URLs, user agents and related request metadata.

Server and Security Logs

Hosting providers, content delivery networks, firewalls or other infrastructure may generate logs when a website receives requests. Depending on the service, logs may include:

• Requested page
• Request time
• Browser or user agent
• Response status
• Security events

These records can support website delivery, abuse prevention, debugging and security monitoring. The application repository does not name a specific hosting, CDN or security vendor, so this policy does not invent one. If a request URL includes query parameters — for example a currency conversion amount — those parameters can appear in ordinary access logs.

Calculator and Converter Input Data

Calcuvexa provides calculators and converters that require values in order to produce a result. Examples include percentages, dates, measurements, financial values, interest rates, loan amounts and trading values such as entry, stop-loss and take-profit prices.

Online calculator privacy on Calcuvexa depends on which tool you use. Most tools keep the calculation in the browser. A smaller set of currency and market tools request live rates.

Calculation Inputs

For general calculators and most converters, inputs stay in the page's form state. The result is computed in the browser. Those values are not written to a Calcuvexa database, are not sent to an analytics product and are not saved as a user profile.

Fiat currency conversion is different in one limited way. The browser requests an exchange-rate table for the selected base currency from a Calcuvexa API, which retrieves rates from ExchangeRate-API's open endpoint. The amount you typed is then multiplied locally. The rate-table request uses the currency code, not the amount. Rate tables may be cached in browser localStorage so the same table does not need to be fetched on every conversion.

History sparklines for major fiat pairs request a date range plus the from and to currency codes from a Calcuvexa history API, which uses Frankfurter (ECB) rates. The amount is not part of that history request.

Crypto, metal and mixed-asset conversions send the amount together with the from and to codes to a Calcuvexa conversion API so the server can apply live market quotes. Those quotes are obtained from market-data services such as CoinGecko, Gold API and MetalMetric. The quote requests fetch prices; the amount is applied by Calcuvexa. Because the amount is included in the conversion request URL, hosting logs may record it.

Trading calculators fetch a live market-quote bundle from a Calcuvexa API. That request does not include the numbers you typed into the trade form. Pip, lot, spread, margin, profit/loss and risk/reward results are then calculated in the browser from your inputs and the quotes.

Calcuvexa does not currently log calculator inputs into a dedicated analytics event or store them as saved calculations on a server.

Avoid Entering Sensitive Information

Unless a calculator specifically requires it, avoid entering unnecessary personally identifiable or confidential information into calculator fields. Most Calcuvexa tools are designed around numerical inputs and do not need names, account credentials or identification documents to perform a calculation.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small pieces of information that a website or third-party service may store or read through a browser. Related technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, tags and similar browser storage mechanisms.

The Calcuvexa application code does not call document.cookie, does not install a cookie library and does not install a consent-management platform. Session storage is not used in the application code.

Necessary Technologies

Browser localStorage is used for one verified purpose: caching fiat exchange-rate tables under the key calcuvexa-fx-erapi-v1. The cache stores rate tables (base currency, timestamps and rates), not a named profile of the amount you converted.

Header menu state, scroll styling and calculator form values live in React state for the current visit. They are not persisted as cookies.

Typefaces are loaded with Next.js font optimization. That mechanism is intended to serve the site font from the application rather than requiring a separate analytics or advertising cookie.

Analytics Technologies

No analytics pixels, tags or SDKs are present in the application. There is therefore no application-level analytics cookie to describe.

Advertising Technologies

No advertising scripts, ad slots or ad-network SDKs are present in the application. Advertising cookies are not currently used by Calcuvexa application code.

Hosting platforms can still set their own cookies outside this repository. This policy cannot confirm cookies that are injected only at the host or CDN layer.

Analytics and Website Performance

Analytics can help website operators understand whether pages are functioning and which areas are useful. The current Calcuvexa application does not include Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Vercel Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Plausible, PostHog, Mixpanel, Hotjar or a similar product.

Because no analytics tool is installed, this policy does not describe IP anonymization settings, analytics retention dashboards or cross-product data sharing for a named analytics vendor. If analytics is added later, this privacy policy should be updated to name the provider and explain the relevant choices.

Terms such as “anonymous,” “de-identified” and “aggregated” are not used here as a substitute for describing actual tools.

Advertising and Third-Party Advertising Services

Calcuvexa application code does not currently include Google AdSense, Google Ad Manager or another advertising network. The site is not described here as running personalized or third-party advertising, because those services are not installed in the application.

This policy does not state that Calcuvexa sells personal data. It also does not claim that personal information is never shared with every possible third party, because hosting, email and live-rate providers can process technical or voluntary information as described in this notice.

If advertising is added later, this section should identify the provider, whether cookies are involved, whether personalized advertising is enabled and what choices are available.

How Information May Be Used

Information processed through Calcuvexa is used for website-related purposes that match the current implementation.

Those purposes include:

• Providing website pages
• Performing calculator and converter functions
• Fetching exchange-rate tables and live market quotes where a tool needs them
• Receiving and responding to email sent to the published support address
• Maintaining website security and preventing abuse, to the extent hosting logs support that
• Troubleshooting errors

This policy does not list analytics measurement or advertising support as current purposes, because those products are not installed.

Data Minimization

A useful data privacy principle is to avoid collecting more personal information than is reasonably needed for a defined purpose. Calcuvexa calculator tools generally work with numerical or selection-based inputs. Where a calculation does not need a person's identity, the interface does not ask for identifying information merely for the sake of the calculation.

When Information May Be Shared

Websites depend on service providers to operate. Calcuvexa does not operate an advertising or analytics sharing arrangement in application code. Material categories that do apply are hosting, email delivery through ordinary mail systems, and the rate or market-data APIs used by currency and trading tools.

Service Providers

Verified third-party technical services used by the application include:

• ExchangeRate-API (open.er-api.com) for daily fiat rate tables
• Frankfurter (ECB) for major-currency history
• CoinGecko, Gold API and MetalMetric for selected crypto and metal quotes
• The email systems used when you send mail to support@calcuvexa.com
• The hosting and network infrastructure that delivers the website, which is not named in application code

A service provider may process information in order to provide its technical service. A hosting company may receive web requests because it delivers website content. A rate API receives currency codes because the converter needs a table of rates. An email provider processes a message because you chose to send one.

Legal and Security Reasons

Information may also need to be disclosed where required to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal process, protect website security, investigate abuse or protect legitimate rights. That does not mean Calcuvexa routinely discloses user information to authorities. Any such disclosure should be limited to what is legally or reasonably necessary under the circumstances.

Data Retention

Personal information should not be retained indefinitely without a reason.

Retention Depends on Purpose

Different information may require different retention periods. Calcuvexa does not publish invented numbered schedules such as “30 days” or “90 days,” because those periods are not defined in the application code.

In practice:

• Most calculator inputs exist only for the current page visit unless you copy them yourself.
• Fiat rate tables may remain in localStorage until you clear site data or the cache is replaced.
• Email you send to support@calcuvexa.com is retained according to the mailbox and email provider that receive it.
• Hosting logs, if generated, follow the hosting provider's practices, which are not specified in this repository.

This policy does not claim that all information is deleted immediately, because email and hosting logs can persist outside the calculator widgets.

Data Security

Calcuvexa is built as a public website without user accounts. Reducing account databases reduces one common source of stored credentials. That is not a guarantee of absolute security.

Only measures that can be described from the product design are listed here. This policy does not invent certifications, penetration-test results or unnamed enterprise security controls.

Security Cannot Be Guaranteed

No website, network or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Users should protect their own devices and email accounts and should not send sensitive information through general website email unless necessary.

The U.S. Federal Trade Commission publishes general consumer information about online privacy and security. That external resource is provided for general education and does not imply endorsement of Calcuvexa.

External Links and Third-Party Websites

Calcuvexa pages may contain links to other websites, including educational resources, documentation and third-party references. When you leave Calcuvexa and visit another website, that website's own privacy policy and terms apply.

Calcuvexa does not control the privacy practices of independent external websites. Review the privacy information provided by the external website before submitting personal information. External links are not a statement that Calcuvexa controls or guarantees another site's privacy or security practices.

Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Privacy rights vary by jurisdiction and by the type of information involved. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights relating to personal information. Potential rights can include requesting access, requesting correction, requesting deletion, objecting to certain processing, limiting certain processing, withdrawing consent where processing is based on consent, and requesting information about certain sharing practices.

This list is not a statement that every right applies in every location, and it is not a compliance badge.

Browser Controls

Users may be able to control some browser-based technologies through:

• Site permissions
• Clearing local storage
• Privacy extensions
• Device settings

Clearing site data will remove cached fiat rate tables. Blocking some technologies can affect website functionality, including live conversion.

Privacy Requests

If you want to ask a privacy-related question or make a request regarding information you believe Calcuvexa holds about you, use the official Contact page. The website may need enough information to understand the request. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or unnecessary sensitive documents through general email.

Location-Specific Rights

Different countries and regions have different privacy laws and terminology. This policy explains actual practices rather than claiming GDPR, CCPA, UK GDPR or other legal compliance. Whether a particular law applies depends on the processing, the organization and the user's location.

The UK Information Commissioner's Office explains that a privacy notice should tell people why personal data is needed, what will be done with it, how long it will be kept and whether it will be shared. Children's Privacy

Calcuvexa is a general online calculator and converter website. It does not offer child-specific accounts or services directed at children in the application. Users should not submit unnecessary personal information about children through general website email.

If a parent or guardian believes that a child has submitted personal information through Calcuvexa and wants to ask about that information, they can use the official Contact page.

This policy does not insert an arbitrary age threshold such as 13 or 16. Any such rule would need a verified legal and product decision.

International Use of Calcuvexa

Calcuvexa can be accessed through the internet from different countries. Technical service providers may operate infrastructure in more than one country. Exchange-rate and market-data APIs are third-party services and may process requests outside the visitor's country.

This policy does not state that all information stays in one country, because hosting and third-party APIs are not confined to a single verified location in the application code. It also does not invent a list of transfer safeguards that have not been documented here.

Practical Privacy Guidance

Many Calcuvexa tools are designed to work with numbers rather than identity information. Users can reduce unnecessary privacy exposure by entering only the values needed for a calculation.

For example, a compound interest calculation may require principal, rate, time and compounding frequency. It usually does not need your full name, bank account number, password or home address.

A risk/reward calculator may require entry, stop loss and take profit. It does not normally need brokerage login credentials. A date calculator may need dates, but consider whether a date is personally sensitive before using it.

The principle is simple: if a calculator can produce the result without personally identifying information, there is usually no reason to add that information to the calculation.

Data Privacy Principles for Calculator Websites

Calculator websites can reduce privacy risk by keeping identity out of the calculation, by explaining when a tool must call a server for live data, and by avoiding accounts unless accounts are actually needed. Calcuvexa follows that approach for most tools: you can use Calculators and Converters without creating a profile.

Where live rates are required, the policy describes the request rather than hiding it. Data privacy on a calculator site is not only about cookies. It is also about whether amounts appear in URLs, whether values are stored, and whether a third party is needed to complete the result.

Users still control what they type. A private browser session, sample numbers and avoiding real account data are practical choices even when a tool is local.

Saved Calculations and Browser Storage

Calcuvexa does not currently offer a signed-in “saved calculations” feature. There is no account history of past results on the server.

The verified browser storage in application code is localStorage for fiat exchange-rate tables. Session storage is not used. Calculator form fields are not written to localStorage as a save-history feature.

If you want a record of a result, copy it yourself. Clearing site data in the browser removes the rate-table cache.

Privacy for Financial Calculators

Financial calculators such as loan, tip, compound interest and trading calculators are informational tools. They generally need numbers such as principal, rate, term, prices or lot size. They do not need account numbers, card numbers, brokerage passwords or tax identifiers.

Using sample values is enough to check how a formula behaves. Real account statements belong in your own records or with a licensed professional, not in a general website calculator or a support email.

Live market quotes used by trading and currency tools come from third-party market-data services. Those requests exist so the page can show a rate. They are not an invitation to enter private financial credentials.

Privacy for Date and Health-Related Calculators

Date tools and health-related estimates such as BMI or calorie calculators run from the values you enter in the browser. They are not medical records systems and they are not used here as a reason to collect names, patient identifiers or clinical documents.

Dates can still be sensitive if they identify a person or event. Height, weight, age and activity inputs can also be sensitive. Prefer example values when you are only testing a formula. Do not email private medical records to the support address.

Health results on Calcuvexa are informational estimates. Privacy handling of the inputs is described above; medical meaning is covered on the tool pages and in the Disclaimer.

Third-Party Service Guidance

When a Calcuvexa page needs live data, the application calls its own API routes, which then request rates or quotes from the providers listed in this policy. Those providers have their own privacy terms. Using a currency or market tool means a technical request is made so the conversion or quote can be completed.

Educational links, including the FTC and ICO resources on this page, are independent websites. Their privacy practices are not controlled by Calcuvexa.

If a future version adds analytics, advertising, a hosted form or error monitoring, those providers should be named in this policy before users are asked to rely on a more specific description.

Privacy and Calculator Accuracy

Privacy and accuracy are separate issues. A calculator can be mathematically accurate while still sending values to a server when live rates are required. Likewise, a calculator can process values locally while still producing a result based on assumptions that users should verify.

Calcuvexa's Disclaimer explains limitations related to calculator results and informational use. This Privacy page focuses on information handling. Tool pages explain formulas, inputs, assumptions, examples and limitations.

Keeping these topics separate makes each policy easier to understand.

Privacy and Cookies

A privacy policy and a cookie notice can overlap, but they are not always identical. This privacy policy explains broader information-handling practices. A cookie notice would list specific cookies, purposes, providers and expiration periods.

Because the application does not set first-party cookies and does not use non-essential analytics or advertising cookies in code, this task does not add a cookie banner. If hosting injects cookies, or if analytics or advertising is added later, consent requirements should be reviewed separately.

Privacy and Advertising

Advertising is not installed in the current application. There is no AdSense publisher ID, ad slot or advertising SDK to disclose. Personalized advertising is not described as active.

If advertising is introduced, questions such as provider identity, cookie use, personalization, consent and opt-out should be answered from the live configuration and then reflected here.

Privacy and Analytics

Analytics is not installed in the current application. There is no analytics cookie, IP-anonymization toggle or vendor retention dashboard to describe.

If an analytics platform is added, this section should identify the platform and explain cookies, IP handling, retention and any available opt-out. Until then, this policy does not create the impression that product analytics tracking is active.

Privacy and the Contact Form

The Contact page is the most obvious place where a visitor may intentionally submit identifying information. On the current site, that happens by email rather than by posting an HTML form.

There are no name, email, subject, phone or attachment fields rendered by Calcuvexa. There is no form API, no server action that stores messages and no third-party form widget. You choose what to put in the email. Calcuvexa receives it only if you send it to support@calcuvexa.com.

Retention of that email is a property of the mailbox, not of a documented application deletion schedule. This policy therefore does not invent a one-year deletion rule for contact messages.
